Solifugae, Terrific, but small.

              Solifugae are an order of Arachnida, known as camel spiderswind scorpions and sun spidersor solifuges, comprising more than 1,000 described species in about 153 genera. They may grow to a length of 300 mm (12 in) including legs, and have a body comprising an opisthosoma(abdomen) and a prosoma (head) with conspicuously large chelicerae, which are also used for stridulation. Most species live in deserts and feed opportunistically on ground-dwelling arthropods and other animals. A number of urban legends exaggerate the size and speed of Solifugae, and their potential danger to humans.


        
The name Solifugae derives from Latin, and means "those that flee from the sun". The order is also known by the names Solpugida, Solpugides, Solpugae, Galeodea and Mycetophorae. Their common names include camel spiderwind scorpionjerrymunglum, sun scorpion and sun spider. In southern Africa they are known by a host of names including red romanshaarskeerders("hair cutters") andbaardskeerders ("beard cutters"), the latter two relating to the belief they use their formidable jaws to clip hair from humans and animals to line their subterranean nests.

Reports of camel spiders chasing people, are simply a result of their seeking shade from the 
sun—as the person moves to avoid the camel spider, it follows them in an effort to stay in the 
shade thus giving the impression of being chased.   Tales of their ferocity and gargantuan sizes 
are greatly exaggerated. They do not attack or prey on large mammals, and they feed on a 
variety of other invertebrates. Situational awareness and avoidance are the keys to avoiding

Hymmnos!

FIRST OF ALL, CREDITS GOES TO AQUAGON, THE AMAZING HYMMNOS RESEARCHER.



Well, time to put this up. Here, I'll try to put everything I know about the grammar and syntax for the Hymmnos language, and more specifically, for all the dialects made during the First Era, since everyone here will surely be interested in learning more about it (and this is also a prerequisite for understanding the Pastalia Hymmnos). I'm trying here to explain as clearly as I can, and to the best of my skill to ensure that all of this info is as correct as possible, so if there is something missing or wrong, please tell me to remedy it.



1 - Origins of Hymmnos:



The Hymmnos language it's a derivation of the language used by the Tsukikanade, the ancient shamans that used magic through spellcasting, but from that language we have only two dialects left: Cult Ciel, which while is still in use, it's mostly forgotten; and Risshizen Tsukuyomi, which has very few speakers, and (still) unknown grammar rules.

After some time, when the first tower of Ar Tonelico was built, the people in charge of the project took the Tsukikanade language and optimized it so it could become a better language for controlling the Tower and its communications.



2 - Basic Grammar:



Hymmnos was designed for stating the emotions of the speaker (or singer), and as such, all the sentences are prefixed by a set of three words called "Emotion Sounds"



Let's take this example:



Was yea ra chs hymmnos mea (I will be glad to turn myself into a song)



The first three words, "Was yea ra", are the Emotion Sounds, and these three words are subdivided in three levels:



Was is Level 1, used for expressing the intensity of the emotion.

yea is Level 2, which it's the emotion itself.

ra is Level 3, which it's used for expressing if you want the emotion to last, or the context where the emotion is being felt.



These are all the known emotion sounds:



Level 1:



Rrha: trance state

Was: Much

Wee: Fairly

Fou: A little

Ma: One's presence of mind

Nn: Lethargy, unconscious state



Level 2:



i - Impatience

yea - Happiness

waa - Happiness

paks - Excitement, nervouseness

num - Nothing

ki - Concentration

wol - Fervor, rush

apea - Immersed in happiness

au - Sadness

granme - Wishing to protect someone, courage

touwaka - Wishful, hiding wishes

quel - Earnestness, despair

yant - Scared, terrified

guwo - Resentment, anger, hatred

jyel - Loneliness

zweie - Sincerity, hiding decisions



Level 3:



ga - I want this to end soon

ra - I want this to last

erra - I want this to last eternally

wa - It doesn't matter, I will accept the current situation

gaya - I will never feel like that again

gagis - I'm all right like this



The rest of the basic grammar is very simple, since it uses this grammar structure:



Verb-Object-Compound or Object



coming back to the example, chs (to turn into) is the verb, hymmnos (song) is the object and mea (my or myself) is the Compound or Object.



Each sentence can only contain a emotion, so you can't input more than a set of emotion sounds per sentence.



And by this point, you must be wondering where the subject is...



Well, since the sentences in hymmnos are first person by default, the subject is usually omitted.



3 - Sentences with a Subject:



But that changes if you want to speak about what someone else is doing. Then, you have to use this structure:



Verb-rre-Subject-Verb-Object-Compound or Object



The "rre" that is before the Subject is the "Subject Definer" (meaning that the noun that it's next to it becomes the subject of the sentence). The first verb in the sentence has the function of saying what you are doing, while the second one is for expressing what the subject is doing. Of course, the sentence is still done in first person, and the Emotion Sounds are only applicable to the speaker. And no sentence can contain more than a subject, so the Subject Definer can be employed only once.



Example:



Wee ki ra hyma rre aquagon pagle wart (I will concentrate myself in hearing the words that aquagon says)



And as a final note for this section, both the subject definer and the first verb are omitted if the subject is a pronoun or if the subject it's used as a object.



This a little more complicated, but you will able to get it with a little of practice.



4 - Pronouns:



The pronouns have two ways to be used: as objects or as subjects, and they change slightly depending on how they are used.



You - Used as Object: yor - Used as Subject: yorr

You (plural) - Used as Object: yora - Used as Subject: yorra

He - Used as Object: hes - Used as Subject: herr

They (masculine) - Used as Object: hers - Used as Subject: herra

She - Used as Object: has - Used as a Subject: harr

They (feminine) - Used as Object: hars - Used as Subject: harra



5 - Particles:



If you need to use particles (or as we also know them, prepositions), you just have to put them between the verb and the object, but this it's only used if the action of the verb affects anything that's not yourself.



For example, it´s used here:



Was yea erra melenas tes ar ciel (I will be eternally glad to give my love to this world)



With "tes" (to) being the particle.



But not here:



Was yea ra sonwe hymmnos mea (I will be glad to sing my song)



6 - Adjectives:



The adjectives always come before the noun that they are affecting, as we can see here:



Ridalnae sol ciel (Irreplaceable world)

tyui frawr (Small flower)



7 - Passive Voice:



If you want to change a verb to passive voice, you only have to add a "re" before the verb that you want to modify.



Example:



Was ki ra gyuss lir (I'm embracing the light)



And now, adding the "re" to change it to passive voice:



Was ki ra re gyuss lir (I'm being embraced by the light)



8 - Negative Form of Verbs



If you want to turn a verb into its negative form, just add "na" before the verb you want to modify.



Example:



Was yea ra chs Hymmnos yor (I am happy because I will turn you into a song)



and modifying it:



Was yea ra na chs Hymmnos (I am happy because I won't turn you into a song)



However, remember that this mechanism also affects nouns, making them the opposite of what they should be.



Example:



yehah (happiness)



And adding the "na" before it:



na yehah (unhappiness, sadness)



9 - Noun phrases indicating ownership:



If two nouns are put one in front of other, then it means that one noun "owns the other". However, there isn't an actual rule for indicating which noun owns what, so it's often necessary to depend on common sense to know it.



For example:



Aurica forlinden (Aurica's village)

Revatail Ciel (Reyvateil's world)

Sarla Mea (My song)

Hyzik yor (Your body)



But there's another way, using the "oz" particle. When it's used, the noun that comes before it it's "owned" by the noun that it's after it,



Example:



Hymmnos oz faura (the song of the little birds)

sarla oz soare (the song of prayers)



10 - Position marking:



If you want to indicate that something it's inside or over something, you have to use the particle "ween" for inside, "won" for over, and "folten" for before and in front of (there isn't a particle for below), and put it after the noun that indicates the position.



Examples:



dor won (over the earth)

kapa ween (in the water)

forlinden folten (in front of the village)



11 - Advanced Grammar Rules:



a) Emotion Sounds Keeper Definer Syntax:



This structure is for repeating the same set of emotion sounds through various sentences. Even if it's a advanced gramar

rule, actually it's very simple. It's used in the following way:



(Emotion Sounds) 0x vvi. (Keeper Definer Start)



(Text)



1x AAs ixi. (Keeper Definer End)



It means that everything that it's between both lines (0x vvi and 1x AAs ixi) will have always the same set of emotion sounds.

"0x vvi" it's pronounced: "Oku vivi"; and "1x AAs ixi" it's pronounced: "Iku AAs ixi".



For example:



Was yea erra 0x vvi ("Was yea ra" Keeper Definer Start)

chs hymmnos mea (I will be eternally happy to turn into a song)

hymme rre walasye hyma mea (I will be eternally happy that the people hears me)

sonwe anw sol ciel (I will be eternally happy to sing to the world)

rre ar ciel hyma hynne mea (And I will be eternally happy that the world hears me)

1x AAs ixi (Keeper Definer End)

It's the exactly the same as:

b) Binasphere:



Ok, everyone pay close attention here, since this is the HARDEST part to understand in all the standard Hymmnos grammar. It's used to fuse two lines of text and write them as if they were one. It's better to explain it together with a example for easier understanding.



Was yea ra chs hymmnos yor (I will be glad to turn you into a song)

en chsee fwal fwal yor (and then, I shall spread out your wings)



First, we take the two lines, and then, we break up and reorganize them as we want in one line, writing them all in caps and adding a x to the end of the syllables that were part of a broken word. The x isn't added if the syllable was the ending of one of the original words, as we can see below:



=> WAx EN YEx CHx A SEE RA CHS FWx HYMMx AL NOS FWAL YOR YOR



Then we assign them a number: 0 for the syllables from the original first line and 1 for the ones from the original second line:

Then we have to make the Binasphere Formula for the song. To make it, first we have to write this: EXEC_hymme 2X1/0>>formula



The word formula is replaced with the number string that we got after assigning the 0s and 1s to the syllables. In this example, the formula would be: 010101001010101. And thus, the complete formula for the example it's: EXEC_hymme 2X1/0>>010101001010101



The formula is always placed at the end of the song, and a song can't have more than a Binasphere formula. If you want to use Binasphere again in the same song, then the lyrics have to adjust to the formula that was made first. The => (pronounced Tab) it's used to mark the point where the Binasphere lines start.



And to decipher a Binasphere, it's done like this:

We have to reassign the formula to its syllables, but since this Binasphere formula it's shorter than the total lines of lyric, we have to keep looping the formula until we reach the end of the song (the / isn't used actually, I'm only using it in the example to mark the places where the formula it's being looped):

Note: The final loop has to end in the final syllable of the song.



After that, we only have to put the syllables and words together in their respective lines, as its shown by the formula.

This is how the lines look after they have been deciphered:



First line:



Rrha apea gagis gran paul nosaash yanje en ini ar ciel (In this delightful trance, I feel that the way will be opened, for the goddess to purify this world forever)



Second line:



Rrha guwo gagis tie inna gatyuny ini ar ciel la zahha (In this trance of hatred, I shall tie this curse to the inside of my mind, and then, I shall purify and make advance this world)



First line:



Rrha apea ra hartes yora chyet walasye forgandal wassa ciel (In the midst of this trance of delight, I will love your special persons, because of the festival of the world)



Second line:



Rrha guwo ga gatyuny ar ciel en ini sor gatyunla art sa fayra (In this transient anger, I shall purify this accursed world through the flames of the hell)



9) Other Notes:



a) About Emotionless Sentences:



Normally, if the sentence doesn't has a emotion sound preceeding it, then it uses the same emotion sounds from the sentence

that came before it. But if none of the sentences have emotion sounds (and if the sentences aren't using the Emotion Sound Keeper Definer Syntax), then the Tower can't process it as a spell, and ends processing it as a simple song, used only to convey feelings but not to execute any kind of magic.



Example taken from the EXEC_HARMONIOUS/. lyrics:



Faura yerwe murfan anw sol ciel (The little birds chirp their feelings to the world)

Faura sonwe murfan anw sol ciel ee (The little birds sing their feelings to the people)

Ridalnae sol ciel yanyaue manaf (This irreplaceable world, and these precious lives)

Presia yasra lusye enclone anw omnis (Wish that the light of love would flood from the sun and wrap everything)

Faura selena anw Metafalica (The little birds play the song of hope)



As we can see, none of the sentences in there have emotion sounds, since this song was used only to convey Mir's original feelings back to her, not to execute any programs or functions inside the Tower.



b) Double Register of Emotion Sounds:



Even if writing the Emotion Sounds in a sentence when using the Emotion Sound Keeper Definer Syntax is nonsense, it still can be done. It's only made if you want to make a change in emotion between two parts that continue having the same emotions, since when processing the song, the Tower gives priority to the Emotion Sounds written in a sentence over the ones written for the Keeper Definer Syntax.



Example:



Wee apea ra 0x vvi. (I will be inmersed in happiness)

her ar ciel irs (I'm inmersed in happiness because I exist in this world

hyma rre faur sonwe (I'm inmersed in happiness for listening to the singing of the birds)

Was yea erra sonwe hymmnos mea (I will be eternally happy to sing my song)

sonwe sos rre ar ciel (I'm inmersed in happiness singing for the sake of this world)

1x AAS ixi.



As we see, the fourth sentence changes it's emotion, to return to how it was before in the next sentence.

  • Take your time, read over and double check all information before moving onto the next page, or submitting your form. The extra time will help to show the advertiser you are actually viewing everything they wish you to view.
  • View as many pages as you can, even after you have completed the offer description. Continue to view some additional ads and pages as this can help show the advertiser that you are interested which will make them more likely to credit you.
  • Complete each offer only ONCE. This means through our site, as well as any other site you may be apart of. For example, if you complete Celebrity Quiz on points2shop then you go to a different website and complete that offer again, you may lose your original credit on points2shop and you probably will not receive credit on your newest completion.

Insurance

Some of the issues with IE 7.0 is that they have launched a security update and they no longer allow the browser to accept all cookies anymore, as well as resetting cookies which lowers the approval rate even lower than usual.

Cookies are the MAIN way that offers are tracked. If you do not have cookies, you will not be credited for your time in the offers.

We HIGHLY recommend using Firefox web browsers while completing offers so that you can achieve the highest approval rate possible.

Please make sure that ALL cookies are enabled in your browser as well as any firewalls being set to allow ALL cookies.

  • Please be sure to enable your cookies. You can usually do this by going to Tools, Options or Tools, Internet Options and then selecting to enable cookies (Or changing your security on cookies to allow more to be accepted).
  • Hand in hand, you must clear cookies right after completing (And marking as completed) your offer. This helps ensure that you do not have cookies that stay longer than needed.

To turn on cookies

In Internet Explorer:

Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options and then on the new window that opens click Privacy Tab. Look for 'Settings' and slide that bar to Accept All Cookies.

In Firefox:

Open Firefox, click Tools then Options. In that new window please find Privacy, then Cookies and make sure the Accept cookies from sites box has a check in it as well as Accept third-party cookies. Also, make sure 'Keep Until' is followed by 'they expire'.

  • Take your time! Yes, this is repeated to help aid your approval success. The longer you take to fill out a survey, the more chance you have of it approving. A good way to gauge your time is to read the pages, the questions, the answers, etc. View the ads and do your offers leisurely. This shows the advertiser that you are interested in not only the reward you are receiving for completing the offer, but also for the offer that you are completing.
  • Take your time between offers. If you rush all offers, it's very unlikely they will credit.
  • Limit the offers you complete each day. Doing too many offers on a day will highly reduce your approval rate
  • Turn off your pop-up blockers! This is also said to help while completing offers.
  • Don't use anti-virus or firewalls while completing offers. Sometimes this can be problematic for multiple reasons, including a proxy issue that may come up with your membership on Points2shop/Cashle.
  • Proxies should never be used. Advertisers don't like them, and Points2shop/Cashle doesn't allow them, ever.
  • There are no longer multiple quiz rockets to complete so doing so will only result in the leads being denied. In addition to that, the approval rate went down from very high to low approval credits recently.

How To Complete

  • Do not complete multiple offers from the same group (Or 'Family'). This rings especially true for free offers. Completing multiple offers in one day, or even in a couple consecutive days may result in poor credit approval.
  • Don't complete a lot of offers in one sitting. A great amount to complete in any one day would be 5 offers. You can try up to 10 while still receiving alright credit approval, however the fewer you do daily, the more chances they will credit.
  • Claim your offers. Claim Claim Claim! We cannot credit you if you don't claim your offer. You should try to get in the habit of completing an offer, marking it as completed, then clearing your cookies.
  • Spread your offers out, take your time doing an offer. Then give a little bit of time before completing the next offer. 5 minutes in between offers is a great time to give. If you wait a little longer, you can improve your approval rate a little more as well.
  • Most advertisers will NOT credit you unless you confirm their contact. This can be an email that they send you. If it is, please be sure to click the link so that they know you have received their contact.

This can be by phone, please answer and listen to their call. If they receive a voice-mail they may not credit you with points. They usually just want to welcome you to whatever you have signed up for.

  • You MUST submit a UNIQUE email address to each offer completed. Using the same email multiple times could cause offers not to credit as regularly if at all.

Additional information on 2,2,2's - You must complete the entire survey. You will have to answer YES to atleast two of the offers during the signup/completion of the offer. Once you have completed the registration portion you will be required to click at least one bonus offer (where offered).

The more offers within the survey that you signup for (or opt-in to), the higher your chances will be to get the offer to credit for you. This is a VERY important tip and something to remember when completing any offers. When you complete an offer within the path itself, your chances for being credited raise considerably.

Trial Offers

  • Never use prepay credit cards/gift cards. Most advertisers won't allow you to use them and will be declined right away. Other advertisers may end up denying your credit later if you do use a prepay.
  • Don't sign up then cancel right away. Advertisers will see that you didn't give their service or product a fair try and will be less inclined to credit you. Only sign up for things you really want to try, and give it an honest shot. Most trials have at-least a 7 day grace period where you can cancel without being charged. Use that time to try the product or service.
  • Make sure advertisers can reach you on the phone, otherwise a lot of trials won't even approve, or will be reversed afterwards. Advertisers confirm by phone if you are a serious potential customer with serious interest.
  • Only do trials or paid offers that you seriously find interesting. Advertisers don't pay you because they like to give away money. They pay you because they like you to seriously try out their products. If you only do a trial or paid offer for the incentive, it's very likely the offer will be reversed or not even credit.
  • Correct information isn't just a big thing to remember for credit, but also for correspondence with your trial. Double check to make sure all information is correct before submitting your page. This is so that your trial isn't sent to a different address. This could also be so that the company doesn't try to call a different house, or get a error when calling (This would result in non credit approval).
  • When completing trial offers always try to use a credit card (Not a Debit Card). We are unsure why, but some advertisers will NOT approve offers completed using debit cards.


  • Never Never Never use a gift card to complete an offer. Gift cards are blacklisted for most advertisers. While you may get your trial, you will not receive credit if you have used a gift card for payment.
  • Use the credit card corresponding with where you live. For the best results, try to use the credit card that has the same address as your current house. The closer the zip code on your credit card is, the higher your chance of approval.
  • When completing trial offers you MUST use a Land-line, or mobile phone number. Using Brring, Grand Central, and other online phone service numbers will not work. If you want your offer to credit, you must use a Land-line or mobile phone number.
  • Confirm! If you receive an email from the trial you've just completed, read it. Click the links. Activate the account/service. If you receive a phone call, answer and see what they are calling for. It has come to our attention that soft phones (Or Internet/VoIP phones) are not appreciated by the advertisers and will result in a lower approval rating.

1.)- CLEAR COOKIES CACHE before every offer - change emails often. (I use Ccleaner and Cookieculler I know over kill but that's the kind of gal I am) 2.)- CHOOSE AN OFFER - I use the recently approved list to see whats working for others 3.)- READ COMMENTS ON OFFER --(This only applies to PAID offers)--see if there is anything I need to know or do to like confirm email-how long others gave waited for approval TIP!IF it is an offer I am not familiar with I check offer advice in forum to see if there is any tips on completing 4.)- RIGHT CLICK "take me to offer" then "open in new tab" 5.)- FIRST PAGE you enter email ( I prefer Gmail ) 6.)- SECOND PAGE NAME-ADDRESS-ZIP-B-DAY-PHONE- ALL MUST BE YOUR REAL INFO TIP!!--(YOU can use Brring.com/Laservoicemail.com/k7.net or if you know of one lmk these 3 have worked well for me for an alternate number to help avoid/deter telemarketers~ KEEP IN MIND: USING THE ALTERNATE NUMBER AND NOT ANSWERING THE CALLS CAN EFFECT APPROVALS SOME ADVERTISER REQUIRE YOU TO ANSWER BEFORE APPROVING! ALSO SOMETIMES AN OFFER WILL SAY ADDRESS NOT ACCEPTED-- MANY TIMES IT IS BECAUSE THE AREA CODE AND ZIP CODE NOT THE SAME LOCATION, These offers you will have to use your real number or not do offer. Using a NEW email on every offer has proven to be helpful in getting approvals-though I will use an email on 2-3 offers as long as i know there different advertisers, but its up to you. Using alternate emails is also good to keep main email clear of all the SPAM you WILL receive!-GMAIL.com--YAHOO.com--GMX.com---INBOX.com-- NO TEMP EMAILS ALLOWED

7.)- AFTER YOU ENTER YOUR INFO ON SECOND PAGE YOU THEN skip/pass or mark the following offers no and submit-- IF/WHEN given a wall of yes/no(sometimes called the CPA wall) You will need to choose 2-3 to mark YES and 1-2 OF THOSE to actually complete(DON'T PANIC--This won't cost a penny-there are many that are simple email sign ups-- AND this has made a big difference in getting them to approve SO to me its well worth the time it takes to do. Once you choose them scroll down and submit and complete the offers you chose. After you complete the 1-2 offers and skip the other offers 8.)- CONTINUE skip/passing NO submit TIL YOU REACH CONGRATS page--It says something like "DO 2 SILVER offers" YOU JUST HAVE TO CLICK and let 2 silver offers load scroll down go to GOLD Click # of them let them load scroll down go to Platinum click # and let them load scroll down page and click bonus offers if there is any or it will say GO BACK TO GOLD-YOU ARE DONE I leave all tabs open and go check email I used for offer and see if there is a confirm email i need to click 10.) MARK OFFER COMPLETE DO YOUR SPIN TO WIN IF you have spins- I wait 10-20 minutes before I CLOSE ALL TABS AND CLEAR COOKIES-- TIP! I usually wait 10-20 minutes between offers as well

TIP!! --IF IT DOESN'T APPROVE--I do another offer with a NEW email address-- IF IT doesn't approve with the new email I QUIT OFFERS for the day-- and start again the next day some days they just don't approve

TAKE YOUR TIME WHILE DOING OFFERS AND WAIT IN BETWEEN OFFERS--DOING THEM TO FAST AND COMPLETING A LOT IN SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME CAN EFFECT APPROVALS

~ ONLY DO ONE OF EACH FAMILY OF OFFERS A DAY - DOING MORE THEN ONE LOWERS YOUR CHANCES OF APPROVAL- I know sometimes you can get away with doing more then one but personally i rather wait a day and have best chance then push my luck and lower chances.
